With over 35 years’ combined experience in specialist, architectural construction and management, we know this industry like the back of our hands. The same hands we’ve used to build dozens of high-end, architecturally designed homes.
We’ve worked alongside countless industry-leading architects, and in turn have entrusted the ones we admire with the task of creating their own outstanding collections for Ardel.
OUR APPROACH
From our first consultation to the day you move in, we keep the process transparent and personal. We prefer to call things as they are and don’t shy away from the difficult questions. We care about delivering our projects to the highest standard, and prioritising functional, intuitive design for the day-to-day.
This shouldn’t come at the expense of our natural surroundings, so we work with like-minded professionals to integrate sustainable practices into every possible component of a project.

With a small boutique team made up of people who live and breathe contemporary architecture, we understand what it takes to deliver a design-focused home.
Our team have spent their careers building strong trade and supplier relationships to ensure we can offer the best possible product on the market.
DESIGN PHILOSOPHY —
We’re driven by an ambition to deliver high-end architectural homes to people who appreciate intelligent design and great craftsmanship, but wouldn’t necessarily have the time and budget to engage an architect directly.
Instead, we commission local, talented architects and extend them the freedom to create an entire collection of contemporary dwellings completely reflective of their own style and creativity.
We can then offer a limited selection of each design across these unique collections, and streamline the construction process to economise outgoings and contain budgets.
Great design goes beyond just four walls, so we also consider surrounding landscapes to ensure our homes are beautiful inside and out.
